Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Anytime Technical Services account and personal data at any time. Choose whichever option below is easiest for you — both lead to the same result.
From the app
The fastest way, straight from your phone.
- 1Open the Anytime Technical Services app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile, then Account Settings.
- 3Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
By email
Prefer to reach us directly? Send a request and we’ll handle the rest.
Email us from the address on your account and include your name and account phone number so we can verify it’s you.

- Your profile and login credentials
- Contact details (name, email, phone)
- Saved addresses and service preferences
- Booking history and uploaded photos
What we may keep
For legal reasons, a limited set of records is retained even after deletion:
- Invoices and payment records required for tax and accounting
- Information we must keep to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized data that can no longer identify you
Processing time: We confirm your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days. Deletion is irreversible — once your account is gone, your booking history and saved details cannot be recovered.
